Demonstrating its technology leadership in the domain of PP woven manufacturing, Bright Flexi International geared up production of hot-air sealed PP woven block bottom bags AD PROTEX to 140 bags per minute on a single machine. The expert team at Bright Flexi International consistently produced high volume of block bottom bags at rated maximum machine capacities on both high-end W&H CONVERTEX converting machines, leading the production powerhouse to set another milestone.

Bright Flexi has grown its reputation as the most preferred suppliers of high quality PP/HDPE polywoven products in South India. Since its inception in 1986, the family owned company has been among the fastest growing PP woven companies in the region. Bright has been playing an active role in developing the cement packaging market in South India. In 2018, the company increased its product focus and forayed into the production of AD PROTEX block bottom bags, to address demand for latest innovation in cement packaging. W&H equipment was chosen for Bright’s new state-of-the-art facility in Karnataka. Together with W&H CONVERTEX SLC (120 bags per minute) and CONVERTEX CL 140 (140 bags per minute) hot air sealing machine for woven PP bags, Bright also invested in extrusion coating line ECOTEX 1600L and roll slitting machine SLITTEX 750. The expert team at Bright has been able to utilize both the high-end W&H CONVERTEX at its rated maximum production capacity and taken production efficiency to greater heights. Today, the production house has flexibility to cater to a wider section of the market and a number of different applications.
