New Delhi — Windmöller & Hölscher, on 2nd July, 2018, announced the availability of its Information & Diagnostic Center (IDC) for Woven machinery in India, in addition to the existing support for Extrusion, Printing and Converting. This facility will enable W&H woven sack equipment users in India to get immediate hotline and remote support. W&H Woven customers will now experience troubleshooting through expert telephonic support and in-depth analysis and problem solving by direct online remote access (for supported machines) to their machines. Dedicated service experts will offer professional advice during Indian working hours.
